DT1_Week 1 : Triptych #1

Themes
My project begins with the idea of decision. Humans are no longer making choices on their own. Instead, we rely on AI and systems to check and decide everything. In this process, our senses, physical experiences, and even dignity slowly disappear.
So the question is clear should we protect our humanity, or should we accept the comfort of a perfectly safe life?
Forms
The form is a triptych a human seated in a chair, facing three repeating surfaces.
I was inspired by the film Surrogates, where people live through robots safe, but disconnected from reality. At the end, the protagonist destroys the system so that people can finally return outside.
In my project, the surfaces show two paths:
• Red for the artificial, robot controlled world.
• Blue for the fragile, risky attempt to reclaim humanity.
These colors represent the moment of decision, the stage where the choice must be made.
Technologies
Here, technology is not a structure but a perspective. Robots transmit the outside world into the home, so what people believe to be the real sky is only a digital projection. Safety becomes another form of control.
To emphasize this, I used the Fire Door sign a symbol that promises safety, but also marks restriction.
